Finally got some pictures of the M and 2MH picker. The biggest problem with buying it is I don't have any way to move it or place to store it.

Make sure you get all the shields. Looks like the shield covering the roller chain driving the left snapping rolls is missing. It would be easy to get a pants leg cuff caught.
Also, it is easy to store a shotgun on the elevators in pheasant season!

Nice looking unit. I may have missed your previous posts about this tractor/picker---does it run?

No it does not run at the present time.He picked corn a couple of years ago, but when he went to move it outof the shed last year it would not turn over, so he pulled it out where it is now. Doesn't know what the problem is. It has been converted to 12 volts though. Wants 500 for it.

RAW:
Wow! I'd be handing over the $500 bucks really fast before he sells it to someone else. I saw a Massey Pony for sale in our local paper here for a great price, and called the fella about it 2 weeks ago but only decided to go & see it just yesterday. What a mistake... i got there 1 1/2 hours after a guy came along with the money in hand & bought it! The tractor was in excellent shape and this guy had really taken care of it well.
Kicked myself all the way home.

Just the picker that had been setting in a shed for 20 years brought around 1700 bucks near here in W.C. Indiana. Sold at auction about a month ago. ken
