I don't know if there was a Farmall A Cultivision ever created by IHC. If they did did it have 3 side hand plows and back hook up set? If any body knows comment.

All Farmall A's and B's came equipped with Cultivision. Cultivision was simply IH's marketing term for setting the engine off to the left of the operator platform (or the operator's platform off to the right of the engine). This allowed the operator to look directly down at the culivator directly in front of them, which prevented culivator blight(taking out rows with the culivator). They found when they created the B that cultivision didn't work as well with two rows because you could only see the row directly in front of you, and not the one on the other side. That is why the C replaced the B. As for the 3 side hand plows and back hook up set, I honestly don't understand what those are. I am sure someone else will understand the rest of your question. Hope this helps

Cultivision was just a catchy name somebody in marketing came up with to promote the small tractor line. An A was a "Cultivator tractor" with good lines of "vision" to see what you were doing.

In essence, all A's were "Cultivision" models.
