While I do some research (already checked archives) what are the differences between a 1949 H and 1950? M (s/n FBK-M 219855).

Rig is sitting practically in my backyard. All the tin is there, all tires are flat, NFE, stuck motor best I can tell.

I will be checking back and thanks in advance for your time.

In factory form the M weighs approximately 1200 lbs more than an H and has 9-10 more HP. H is considered a 2 plow tractor, M, 3 plow. They were designed to use many of the same mounted implements, but share no internal engine or transmission parts, or sheet metal parts. They look alike at 1st glance, but the M is obviously larger.

Thanks CNKS -
From your description it sounds like the M is the big brother of the H.
Thanks again.
