yea I know. I just have to make sure I get them little dots in the right spots on my checks.
"Come on mr banker, you know i didnt mean to write a $335.00 check to the hardware store for 3 1/2 inch bolts!!!"

$335.00 a gal, you wouldnt even see a post from me about it. They would be to hard at work trying to stop the bleeding from my brain hemorage.

My boss just put's diesel in his ready heater, it says on the side what you all can put in. It keeps the shop nice and warm!

Correct re the off road diesel. I put about 50 gals through my knipco before I got the Reznor hung from the ceiling. Works great and you can't find a trace of soot anywhere in the shop. I tried one can of kerosene just to see the freat difference and saw none. I wouldn't recommend the cold weather diesel though. And you shouldn't need it indoors.

Kelly C, I use #1 off road diesel in mine all the time. It has never had kerosene in it. There is a very slight odor, but after a couple of minutes I don't notice it. No worse than what have I have smelled from the kerosene heaters people use in their homes.

We are paying $2.25 for road diesel, $1.89 for off road. No idea on kero but with those prices, I am glad we have a wood stove in the shop. Cold to start but in no time, nice and warm.

Might be about right for small quanity. I bought a 55 gal drum last summer for around 2 bucks maybe $2.14, I can't remember. Kerosene has been higher than gasoline for years.

I'd say find some non tax diesel to run in that heater, around $1.50 a gallon.

$335 for a gallon is pretty steep, 1% of that is more realistic.

No one else needed to be told he meant $3.35. Sorry if you couldn't connect the dots. How are those sour lemon breakfasts coming along?

Kelly has a sense of humor, too bad you don't -- I notice the last time you responded with your sour lemon thing the Kim removed your post -- want to try again??
