Pulled off the rims on my AV to paint. Problem is now I can't remember which side faced in. Seems to me the rim side with the valve stem was on the inside--not sure. Does it make a diff. on these rims or not? If so which way would be correct. The flange for bolts to go thru on the rims are shaped different on each side. So does it matter? Thanks for any info.

The rims are designed to be mounted in any of four positions to get different tread widths. There is no one "correct" way. There are four. Unless you need a specific tread width, mount them in whatever way you think they look best. Frankly, I like them with the lugs on the inside of the hub, and the valve stems out.
