Hello,
I have a 1957 Farmall 350 Diesel, Row crop, narrow front, power steering, fast hitch, good tires and paint, everything works good. It has developed a knock in the engine when it warms up. Other than that, it is great. Any idea what it's worth as is?
If I fix the knock, what is it worth in good running condition?
Just thinking of fixing and keeping it VS selling it as is.

Thanks in advance

Nate

Look down this list a bit. There was a lengthy discussion about the value of a 350 diesel, and the lack of parts availability to fix the Continental diesel engine it has.

In other words, it's pretty much worthless to sell as-is, and you won't be able to find parts to fix it.

350D? Parts are available- takes twice as long to find and cost twice as much as for an H. Had a 350d done couple years back- just dropped off at Case/IH dealer with $1000.00 deposit, stopped by every couple months with another deposit and signed Case credit form. Final cost was about the cost of new garden tractor that can't pull a baler or 3 bottom plow. This was family farm tractor, some sentimental attachment. Warm knock is check rod bearings, crank bearings, wrist pins. RN
