Steel Wheel Ranch has fenders for H-M advertised in Red Power Magazine for $150/set. I think this seems really reasonable compared to other fenders. Has anyone purchased a set of these? Are they of good quality? I have read past posts about this company that they are friendly and easy to get along with. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Adam

Mike has two different aftermarket fenders and of course two different prices for them. Give him a call and he will explain the difference.

I went there for several parts and looked at both and I picked the cheaper ones because I thought they were more than good enough for me.

You can't go wrong dealing with Mike, He is top draw.

Cant tell good by this pic,bad pic and not a good veiew of them, but these fenders came from SWR about 4 years ago.Had to do just a little work to them, weld spatter and some smoothing of the edges, but I was 100% satisfied!

Mike is a very reasonable and freindly person to deal with. That sounds like a fair price to me on those fenders.

After market ones have a different top edge and are slightly thinner metal than the originals. They are decent for the money, but not like the originals.

I have spent a few duckets with him. Real good guy to deal with. Call him up and ask about the fenders he will tell you what they are.

You will have no trouble with Mike. I don't know if you mean new or used -- he probably has both.

I think if representatives from various vendors could post and answer customers questions it could go a long way toward PR and customer satisfaction.Of course, that might clash with the hosts aim...but its just a thought.

Mike Bunch @ Steel Wheel Ranch is #1 in my book. I have dealt with him for over two years now and have no complaints, only praises!

Kim won't allow that, I don't blame her. Most vendors are familiar to several people on this forum--the people on the forum will probably give a better idea of the products and services than the vendors themselves. To do so would turn this forum into a giant maze of advertising.
