is the lp for motor fuel the same as for a heater?

Hi WW, Yea,liquid propane is liquid propane. The only difference is in the delivery. On most tractors you will have a vapor and a liquid valve available. Liquid is mostly for times when you will need more power/fuel. It has to do with where the other end of the nozzle is on the inside of the tank. Notice on a BBQ tank or in the house you will only have gas. This is because the nozzle is located in the inside top.

Comes from the same tank they fill the cylinder for your gas grill out of...

tey tell me motor fuel is hd5 the heating lp has more butane in it. my forklift seems to run better on the fuel from the forklift fuel supplier than it does on fuel from the co op. must be in my head. thanks Bill
