I have just bought 5 McCormick Deering tractors. I haven't even gotten them home yet. I don't know much about MD. I know a couple are W-40's. And one I thought said WK-10 is there such a thing. I can't find and info. if ther is. Can anyone help? Where is the best place to look for the serial #'s Thanks!!!!! !

Congratulations!

I've only bought five tractors on one occasion and four, one time. It makes for a great day if you rwife goes along!

Look for metal tags for serial numbers. The MD will be on the bell housing just below and in front of the starter.

You may have the only WK-10 ever made so it would be very very rare.

Thanks!The tractors are only about 10 miles from my house. I was wanting to do some research about them while it is to wet to get them out. They are in a barn lot with 15 other 50's cars that I have also bought. I will follow up soon with some serial #'s. Thanks again for answering.
