The serial number is TG 134457M. I looked through the serial numbers but could not find a 22-36 anywhere, maybe I'm blind. Any info like year, options or what the prefix-suffix stand for would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Yeah, yours would be a 1930 model. According to the book i have, 1930 serial numbers were; TG128237 to TG150127. Thanks for posting pics of your manifold. altogether different to the one i've bought! i think i'm going to leave it on though as it looks as if it was put on during its working life. plus it runs and starts like a dream!
once again thanks for pics, keep us posted on how you get on with yours. Andy H

You are welcome for the pictures, and thanks for the info. Don't expect too much right now on that tractor, I'm working on a 1952 GMC pickup right now and then I have a couple other projects first, but hope to get to it by next winter.

For some reason the 22-36 was never designated as such by IH. It was called the New 15-30. The industry applied the name later. The TG is the prefix for the entire 15-30 series. Your number is early 1930.
