300 row crop questions

What are the initial carbureator settings for a 300 row crop gas? I couldn't get the 'ol gal to run for a long time. Turns out that the air cleaner oil bath was full of ice and slush. I have no idea how that could happen - the plastic/metal outside filter is in place. Anyway, I managed to get the carb off, and a new kit, but I need the initial settings. Also, the former owner replaced all of the truss-head screws that hold the sheet metal on, with hex head bolts. Where can I get the truss-head bolts. I asked this about 6 months ago, someone replied, but I was not able to contact him?? One more thing. What kind of wrench do you use to get the carbureator mounting nut that is closest to the engine off/on? I ended up destroying a 9/16 combination wrench, and it still doesn't work well.
Tex

Main jet is 5 turns out. You do not need to fine tune it, unless you want better fuel economy. Adjust the idle mixture until it runs smooth.
