We use to use a #5 john deere on our M. Mounts just like 27V.

That's a A-16 Mower. They made a H/M-16 too, so yeah you could make it work if you found all the parts a peices since they are based on the same basic parts but it sounds like more work then it's worth.

I'm with earlschieb, fined a 27V or something like it.

Okay, What's a 27v? an IH product? I'll search to find out more about 27v or something like it.

Well, it could possibly be made to fit, but it would take some work to make it work. I would look around for a different mower, if it was me. Maybe a pull type New Idea, or International, or go with a 27v semi mount IH mower.

Around here, the salvage yard has a bunch of them he was said he would sell for $50.00 ea. Although now that I think about it, they maybe salvaged to China by now. Last time I drove by his yard it was half the size it was in the fall and shrinking.
