Surprise....the 300/350 "IH" nose emblem isnt a perfect fit for the 300U.Its too tall and the pins dont line up to the holes in the nose.
So this means there is no emblem on a 300U that is being reproduced. Not the INTERNATIONAL,not the "300",not the UTILITY,not the TORQUE AMPLIFIER,and now not the "IH".

I will use the garden variety 300/350 "IH",but I will have to weld up one hole and re drill another.

I got a used nose and it needed some body work,so while I was welding, bumping with a body hammer, and filling I rewelded the upper hole and redrilled it slightly higher up.The emblem will now fit like a glove....only its a lot larger than the original (which was long since pulverized when the nose got clobbered with rocks out of the bucket).

I have new ones that fit. Put one of them on and it fits fine as far as size and pin location. The repros don't fit against hood as well as origonals though. The red paint on mine is not correct color(burgundy), so I repainted it. I'm still trying to remember where I bought them! Maybe someone else can shed some light or maybe it'll come to me tomorrow.
