Thanks for the picture. It is always special to have a picture come along that may not be the shiniest, most posed, or highest quality photo, but this one is high up on being one of the best pictures. I wish the best of health and luck to your dad, may he have many more years to come.
I just wanted to mention, as a joking rib jab, those tires seem to be a little slim for getting a good plow, aren't they? Hehehe. The main reason I notice is because of the brand new ones on my Super M really stand out when I have them pictured with my trailer plow. If it pulls, they're okay, I guess. Mine had leaky valve stems and poor traction, so it was pointless to fix the rims and valve stems without going the full 9 yards. Thank you dearly for the picture. Tim

MJD: Now there is a serious farmer. I'll bet those furrows are straight as a gun barrel. Plowing is my favourite tractor job. There is something satisfing about it.

Nice Picture! I enjoy hearing some of the stories out there about folks/tractors/farming. Thanks for posting. I had my "H" pulling a 2-14" little genius last fall but only recieved a digital camera this X-Mas. So be on the look out for a posting this spring. Mike

Nice pic, but, I've never seen a plow without Rolling coulters!! No "cutters" as we called them. Is this common in some areas?? Seems the furrow sidewall would be very ragged without rolling coulters or cutters. Thanks, Cmore

I hope there is a similar picture of me one day. Your father has been blessed if he is still on his mount at 91! Isn't it amazing city folk don't smell black dirt the same way we do? How about a late spring rain on uncut alfalfa!?! You just took me to my happy place.

MJD,

Oh wow! That is priceless; look at the contentment on that man's face!

Is that a single phase pump I see in the background? Nice looking real estate; you must be up there awfully close to the Montana line?
