Been considering building one to use with the lift-all For some snow plowing!

Any success stories or Ideas welcome.

This would be limited use....But something for the old girl to do.

I've often thought a belly blade would be perfect for dirt leveling, or very light snow plowing, but your front tires would have to go over any banks you're trying to push the snow up into. I think you would need quite a narrow (vertically) blade to get a decent lift to avoid dragging stuff back.

That being said, If you've got the tools, time and materials, I'd say go for it, and let us know how it works out!

On a related note, I built a snow plow for my Oliver 66 that braced back to the rear axles on pivots, and used the cultivator lift to pick it up. I set the rear box tubing extensions as far out on the axles I could, and X braced them under the belly to prevent it from tracking sideways on angled operation. It worked great and I used it for years. I'd think you could do the same with your M.

excellent idea. Ive considered a similar setup. One advantage would be the ability to control the roll axis of the blade (from a yaw/pitch/roll perspective) for cutting at an angle. Yaw control would be a nice feature, as well.
