Hello, I have a super_c that I have just purchased, and found that the hyd. system is low,and,would like to know what type of oil was used in this system,also in diff, and trans,any help will be greatly appreciated,thank you very much Jan.

If you didn't get a manual with the tractor, have a look at Binder Books website and pick yourself up a set. The Operators Manual will have information on lubrication and maintanence points. They also have repair manuals and parts books if you are going to work on your tractor.

Paul is right. Hy-Tran ONLY in hyd. system. 90wt. or 85-140 wt. in trans/diff.

Congrats on your purchase. I think you will love it. The touch controll hydraulics came out with I think 10w oil"someone may correct me on that" but I think most recomend to use Hy Tran in them now. Can be purchased through Case IH dealer. In the rear end I think I put 85-140 gear oil. It's been a while since I did this but I think I'm telling you correct. Some models use the Hy Tran in everything but not the older stuff like your C.I'm sure someone will chime in with some more detailed info than I gave.
