I have my brakes adjusted so they engage at the same time but the right brake "grabs" ( seems to lock up when engaged ). Can anyone tell me what needs to be adjusted or replaced?
Thanks

While farmer bob may be right, do not be suprised to find a leaking oil seal when you take the cover off. BTW,it is only a 15min job to get it apart.

Bud, Sounds like you have a ball hanging up in the actuator plate, (I assume the Super C has disk brakes). Between the two halfs of the actuator plates there should be steel balls that ride in egg shaped divots. These have to be smooth and the balls should be shiny and smooth as well. If there are ridges in either the ramps or the balls, clean them up and/or replace the balls. I use a light coating of lithium grease on the balls when I redo these brakes. There is also a chance that the surfaces that the brake pads hit when you apply the brakes are rough. These, whether the outer surfaces of the actuators or the housings, can be cleaned up at most brake/machine shops. Post back what you find.

Bob
Thanks for the insight. I don't know when I will get the time to tear it apart but I printed your response for later reference.
Bud
