Farmall decal placement

Well, It's that time of the year again. The crops are all in and I'm ready for another project. This year it's my '51 Farmall Cub. She needs some new seals and a new coat of paint and we'll be ready to mow like the dickens!

My question for all of you red tractor enthusiasts (we're more of a prairie gold family), is there a website or book that show or describes the placement of the decals on Farmall tractors. In the last year I've seen several Cubs with the "Cub" decal placed in several locations on the side of the radiator cowling. I'd hate to be the laughing-stock of the tractor show with a misplaced decal now!

If anyone could help with a response I'd appreciate it.

Thanks, and I hope you all had a very merry Christmas!

Guy Fay's "Farmall Letter Series Tractors" is the book you need. It has usage and placement diagrams. If the decal you commented on is the circle Cub, a '51 doesn't use it.

That would also be nice for my 300U.As it has been repainted at least twice, all the original "safety" decals are long gone.Any help in replacing them to the proper order once I repaint would be appreciated.Anyone have a near original 300U that can post pics here? Would be nice to see where everything originally belonged.

You need a copy of Guy's "Original Farmall Hundred Serias 1954-1958".
