I posted this a few days ago and no response.....wondering if anyone can help.....also, what is the hp on a 560?

On my 560 I want to add some more hydraulic controls. Right now I have the 3 levers by dash that operate bucket, loader lift and aftermarket 3pt hitch (all 2-way).

My sno blower has an option of hooking up a cylinder to direct chute. I want to hook up an aux lever to control this cyl. Is there a direct (live) line that I can hook up to to get this done? The (4) hookups under seat seem to be controlled by same lever.

On several 560's I have cut the main hose from the pump and plumbed in a 3 spool hydraulic valve and then returned the oil back into the hydraulic block. If you hook the loader up to the 3 spool valve you can set the pressure up and have more power at the loader

You replied- "On several 560's I have cut the main hose from the pump and plumbed in a 3 spool hydraulic valve and then returned the oil back into the hydraulic block. If you hook the loader up to the 3 spool valve you can set the pressure up and have more power at the loader"

You mean Cut? into that (almost) brand new hose that comes from pump and goes up to the hyd block? Did that cost me $80? Hmmm!
I really dont remember how much it cost..... although I do remember wondering if it was made of gold..... ..

Is the 3 spool valve a 2-way controller with pressure side and return side?

I am fairly green when it comes these things and although I have had my blocks disassembled before replacing out the controller for the fast hitch with a fully functional 2-way block, this would be new to me.

This is what I think it would look like.

pump block
_____ _____ _____ ____
T
l _____ _____ _
out l l back to resevoir
l lever l
l__/____l
l l
l l _cyl_

Would you have anymore specifics on how you plumbed into line and where you fed your return?

Any info would be very helpful and very appreciated.....

thanx and have a Great Holiday

Thanx William. That is where my question lies-where can I hook into to "divert flow" to new controller?

KB-I dont think that will work because of the support casting on right side.

thanx for all and additional info.....

560 is right around 65 horsepower. I think you can add as many valves as you have room for. Start by finding the control valves. You should see a stack of three valves side by side under the dash. Notice the plate on each end of the stack. All you need to do is buy another valve from a 560, remove the plate from one end, install new o-rings, install the new valve where the plate was, then reinstall the plate on the side of the new valve. The hard part will be finding longer replacements for the four long bolts that hold the valve stack together. Those bolts are 7/16"x about 12 inches, and you'll probably need them 15" long. Might have to use ready-rod with nuts on both ends. Also, you'll need to make your own linkage.
