We've got two 55T balers, one has the cub engine and the other has a "C" engine. Spent alot of time behind those balers. They made a great 15"x19" bale that really stacked well. Most of the neighbor kids wouldn't have anything to do with the 55T because the bales were two heavy for them.

We have a 55T in line for restoration. It has a cub engine. The 55 was also available with PTO drive as an option.

I picked up a complete PTO drive system from another baler and would be willing sell it if you were interested. We have decided to keep the cub engine.

If it is not a CONTINETAL it would be the 113 engine used in A or B and if it has the plate below the mag for the hy pump it would be the same as the C but not SC. It doesent have a clutch so the crank probably is not machined for a pilot bearing.

What models used a Cub engine? I thought our old baler had a Cub engine but it's been gone too long to remember the model.
