I have an 806 missing the motor, side frames and upper front bolster. I have the bolster and side frames from a 560 and I understand that they are the same. can anyone tell me if they are? I also want to know if I can put a 436 engine in it?

They will bolt up but their not long enough.Yes a 436 will bolt into a 806.I have a 706 thats going to have a 466.I have most every thing needed to do it .Two ways get a set of 66frame rails and the motor mount plate that will bolt into the 806.Use your front bolster but will have to shim between the frame rails and the bolster because the 1066 is a little wider than the 806.Or what Im doing is to use 806 frame rails redrill for the front motor mounts holes to match the 466 front motor plate which Ill narrow up to fit in the o6 narrower frame width. Also useing 560 hood because of its lengh the tractor will strech out a little needs the longer hood or use a 1456 hood its longer than a 806 hood. Also a cross over for the bottom radiator hose and throtle control moved to the left side. This takes care of most of the big stuff.
