Have bad hydraulic leak under pump. Gets worse longer it is used. Using 30W non-detergent as specified. Problem caused by gasket or pump wearing out?

Most likely, it is neither gaskets or worn out pump, but rather bad seals. Remove the pump, and replace the seals, and the leaking should subside.

Also, could be around where one of the three outlet pipes screws into the unit. They've got pressure on them, the shaft seal doesn't. Try taking each one out, put a little teflon tape on the threads, screw it back in tight. That's something you can try without taking the pump down.
There's a story about this one, too.
