Ramon: Sure does, I know the part you refer to now. Most IH fast hitch implememts had that. When I built my S tine cultivators for single point, I fabricated just that piece. Designed to fit between the flat plates just above hitch socket on tractor. Plates have a slight curve so implement stabilizer will slide in. Another item I added to my rear mount cultivators was a bumper on each side to come up against the 1.5" round cross bar of hitch. Problem I found with cultivators and you may find same with box blade, if your implement pulls back even slightly on one side you will find it tends to dig deeper on that side, as it digs deeper, it pulls back even further, thus the problem just gets worse. I have the upright stabilizer on every fast hitch implement except 6' field cultivator. What I like for a bumper on each side against round cross bar is a section of 1/2x1/2x2 inch angle about two inches long, thus angle comes in against bottom as well as back side of cross bar. It makes the implement very rigid with hitch pull bar. This is particularly important if your hitch forks are a bit loose in sockets, and 50 years later a few of them are getting that way. These will not make much difference with plow or disk, near impossible to install on plow anyhow. They are quite good with implements that dig off center 2 to 3 feet. I can tell you this, it never hurts to have both as anything you do to make implement rigid with hitch pull bar will improve performance.
