Hi T Quick,

* Take out any looseness, place throttle rod all the way fordward, pull pin from linkage that connects governor arm to the throttle rod. Hold both the throttle rod and the governor lever all the way back, then adjust the linkage so that the pin slips straight back into the linkage, then tighten assembly back together. Recheck low idle.
Hope this helps.

Bob

Hi T Quick,

I did have the instructions to set the governor system up. From memory this may not be precise, but believe that you have to have the governor lever fully towards the carburetor (tractor not running)adjust the linkage place assembly back together. When I locate the instructions I'll give you a return message. May be someone else has a comment?

To be on the safe side make a mark on the leakage, so you can return to it if my memory is missing something. Hope this helps.

Bob
