I am sure you already know this but after you get the carb together, you want to hold it up to your ear and rotate it, listen for the sound of the float moving around inside the bowl, opening and closing. You may need to tweak the float a bit to keep it from hanging on the sides of the bowl.

It sounds like the float is moving fine, I Made sure i wasnt hanging up before I put it On. Thanks for the tip

I passed the tip on because I learned it the hard way. I guess it's not all bad, I have a spare float now.
