I have a Woods belly mover for a 1942 Farmall A, I have replaced the belt and can not find my book on how to put the belt back on correctly. My main problem is the twist out of the deck to the pully. (Which way and how far) If some one came tell me how or fax the page out of the book, it would be great.972-889-6477 thanks phil

There is a cub site from a cub club that has a manual for a Woods 59-LB belly mower (& almost every other thing). Sorry for the "life-o'-me" I can't remember where it is, or what it's called, but I'm sure you could search the links. It is a great source. If you just can't find it e-mail me an I will attempt to scan my hard copy and e-mail it back to you.

All the mowers take a half-turn from the vertical idler pulley to the horizontal driven pulley and then another half turn the opposite direction to the next vertical idler pulley.

Got a woods on an H, standing behind the tractor, the left side takes 1/2 twist, the right side 3/4 twist. Believe me, if you don't get it right, the belt will not stay on, no matter how tight you can get it. P.S. I do not have a manual, the diagram is on a decal, on top of the mower deck.
