The bottom section from a grille off an A will need a small amount trimmed. The small cutout for the As steering sector should not be too noticable when placed on the B.

Besides what Dave BN said, there is also a difference between early and late style grills on both models. The fastening system changed.

You might be able to trim an A grill to fit a B. A B grill would leave gaps on an A but might not need trimming. Either way, the wrong grill would probably be obvious.

I'm not Gene but A and B grills are not interchangeable. The bottom of the grills are different. The B and BN have a pad for the cultivator mount that would be in the way of the A grill. Dave.

An A grill also has a round cutt-out to go around treh steering box that the B and BN don't have. A C grill will fit, but a super C won't. (taller)
