Bought some parts from 4-States Salvage Though I was getting a good deal till the parts showed up unwrapping them like a child at X-mas all excited about my money savings deal till I seen what was in the box worn out parts had better on the work bench that failed. 4-states will tell or say anything to sell you a part once you get it they will tell you sorry about your luck didn't you read part sold as is! Is leaves a sour feeling when your running close on money fixing your tractor. I'm going back and stick with Steel Wheel Ranch Mike will try hard to get you going and I have never had a problen with quality or service from him. A very costly lesson learned Fast. Sure wishes I had seen the other post before I ordered.

The reason that you bought it so cheap is because it was only given a visual inspection and nothing more, the other bidders realized that and that is why the T/A only sold for $135 instead of the price that one that was checked and guarranted would bring. It was specifically sold as is.You were offered no warranty and I clearly stated that I was not a transmission expert and all I cold do is a external visiual examination. It was described accuratly and there was close up detailed pictures. If you plan on buying on ebay I,as most people would suggest that you thouroly read the description, look at the pics and ask questions before bidding.

I think Mike at Steel Wheel Ranch is the best person to deal with. Everything I have bought from him has been perfect. And a good price too

Couldn't be happier with Cowman either. Good parts, knows what you need and his parts still have some nice paint from that high plains environment. Fair, honest, nice guy and timely shipment what else could you want?

I've been real happy with the cowman myself. Not trying to make a bunch of money on ya and is fair and honest. What more could you ask for?

Sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience. On the other side, I"ve bought parts from them, and they were exactly as advertised. I was very satisfied with the deal.

I agree with you but dont let that one bad case discourage you. I my self strive to sell the best product I can with a warranty if possible. And would not think of not taking a return if it was my fault. So dont let one bad apple spoil the rest of us that really try to satisfy our costumers. JON
