Anyone ever see a W-9 with a four wheel drive conversion before? I don't know anything about this tractor, just scanned the pic off the cover of the Jan. '68 issue of "The Nebraska Cattleman" magazine. Obviously it's pulling a haystack that the guy on the ground is about to pitch off to the cattle. The caption says the pic was taken at the Bernard Briggs ranch north of Antioch NE.

Elwood Manufacturing made front wheel assist for M's that drove from belt pulley, would the same thing work on a W9? Dick Davis

drove from the belt pulley? how would that work? the front end would only have one speed. I thought it would have to be driven off the brake pinion.
