Almost finished restoring my 46 "A". Many thanks for the great advice from you guys! Bought a new 6V generator and can't figure out where the BAT terinal is located. Is it on the generator housing? The generator only has two terminals--the F and GEN>

Gen and A (Armature) are the same.

Bob - Apparently what's ordinarily the "A" terminal on your generator is labelled "GEN".

So connect you generator's GEN terminal to the regulator "G" (or "GEN") terminal.

Punch below for a diagram. However keep in mind the difference in terminal designation on your paricular generator!
