Water in oil on super c

Replaced head gssket over torqued head bolts by 10lb was fine for awile now have water in oil.Don't know what to do now.I did check head with stright edge it looked fine. Thanks for any help. stu

Did you retorque the head after you got it good and hot?

It may just take a re-torqueing.

Hi Stu, I would pull the oil pan to see if there's any leakage from those wet sleeve seals
as John mentioned.

Those seals get hard from age. If there's no leakage from the seals your cylinder head may be cracked. Having it magnafluxed will
will detect any cracks. Hal

I rebilt engine about 8yr ago but it could be the seals I gess i'll check them. cant remenber if i retorqued head or not!thanks again for input. stu

I'm not real familiar with Super C, but don't thye have wet slleves like the A? If so the seal at the bottom of a sleave may be leaking.
