Just put new valves in my head and guides. the probelm is when i go to check the valve clearence the rocker on the valve side is worn to one side from the old valves. Is it possible to have the rocker ground on the valve side has anyone ever had this problem the lifters also sound alittle loud to. thanks for any help.

Yes, rocker arms can be refaced. It should always be done in order to get correct adjustment after a valve job has been done. Find a machine shop that has an older Sioux valve refacer; it had an attachment that does an excellent job refacing the rocker arms.
