I have a power unit and was wondering what this engine will fit. Seems to run great. This unit starts on gas and you switch it to diesel after warm up. Any information would be great.
Thanks!

What part of the country are you from and would you like to part with that UD350?

HI Red! I havn't decided what to do with the unit yet. My original intention was to use it on a saw mill a friend of mine has built. His idea of power was about 30 hp. This unit will put out about 70-75 hp @ 1800 rpm. So he thinks it is too big and is too heavy for his equipment to move around. So I'm looking at my options.

The basic D350 engine that comprised the UD 350 power unit also powered the Super WD-9 wheel tractor and TD-9 crawlers of the same period ('52 - '55?).

I believe however there are differences in details like starter location, hydraulic pump mounting, etc. for the tractor applications.
