Hi,

I hope I can get some help from you all on this one. I was loading compost today with the 574 and it was hesitatating and stalling when I increased the throttle, so I took the air tube off and fired some gumout in the carburetor which seemed to help. When I reconnected the air tube I did something which caused the entire tractor to stop and become competely dead, even the dash functions are out. I either a) crossed the terminals on the alternator with the hose clamp for the air tube, or b) somehow messed up the solenoid cutoff--I'm not sure how this thing functions but I've had trouble with it before, and just wiggling it brought things back to normal.

Right now its out in the field, a no go. Any help would be ever so greatly apprectiated as I have 3 huge piles to spread!!!

Thanks in advance,

Paul

just start trouble shooting and i can't do it from here. see where ya got fire and where ya don't. electricity in wire is just like water in a pipe. If the connection is broke it ain't gonna get there.
