What color was a Farmall Regular? In some pictures they look brown, in others they look blue.

Hi Ernie, Here's a number on medium gray made by Sherwin-Williams 34381. It is their Ultra 7000
paint. This was clear coat, but I'm sure you can get it in acrylic enamel or urethane. All of those paint companies can cross reference this
number and for you to see if is dark enough. Hal

When I purchased my paint thru the company that sells paint in the tractor magazines (can't remember the company right now - - started with an "S" though), he said he gets VERY close on the old Farmall gray by mixing 1 quart of white with 3 quarts of black. My tractor came out great and was well pleased with the shade.

Good luck.

The dark brown color you see is none other than our old friend DECAY. Rust.

The blueish color is actually a dark battleship gray. Don't know the actual name but am sure somebody else here does. If restoring the tractor, that is the color you will want.
