Morning Guys and Gals,

I have a tractor PC question I was hoping some of you would lnow the answer to. Can anyone tell me which oil filter cannister type - tall or short - is correct for a 1944 H? I have both, and would like to put the correct part on the H I am restoring. Also are filter refills easily available for both? I sure appreciate any help you can offer.

serial number break is at 121022 which would be sometime in 1942. Yours would use the tall filter. At least thats what my book says. It seems early to me.

Later tractors used the shorter filters. The early tall filters on the H, A, and B use the same element as the late M filter.
