I recently finished painting my 1949 Super AV and now it is time to start applying the decals but I am not sure where some go. Can anybody tell me where the following decals go: "Stop Power Take off..., Hitch only to drawbar..., Do not make short turns at high speeds..."??
I also have some implements that needs to be painted IH Implement Blue. Can anybody give me an OMNI paint code for IH Implement Blue? Thank you.

Tom

Got this info from Cub site. Blue for pre April '47 implements - IH # 400A. After April '47 - IH # 1150B ; PPG # 10067 ;Dupont # 24160 ; Sherwin Williams # 3736. Maybe this will help a little.

Guy Fay's Letter Series book gives exact placement of all decals, it is available in any bookstore of any size but is too detailed to quote here -- if you want it right you shouldn't just slap them on. For example the hood decal and the AV circle decals, along with the rest, have exact measurements from some reference point. I don't know the blue PPG code, first you need to get the IH code so your dealer can cross reference it. Some one else will have to help you with that, as I have never done any IH implements.
