The pictures are in Parts & Pieces under 1950 M. Sorry they took so long, I had to weld the main pull fram on the fast hitch on my 560D. Seems youngest son was hauling a big round bale and hit a hole. Said he was only in 4th gear not very fast! Not sure about that one based on the damages. :>(

Ok, some explanation on the plumbing conglomeration in the photo. I’ll start with the pump. The suction hose which is the lowers hose on the tractor is currently coming from the supply tank in the left leg of the loader (see picture of left side). There is a quick coupler in it and on the bottom of the supply tank to facilitate taking the loader off the tractor and using the on-board supply tank instead. The hose that is on top of the belt pulley is the return from the power steering unit above the gas tank and the proportioning valve (small hose on the rear) located behind the oil filter. This is Tee’d into the suction line back to the pump.

The power steering pressure is taped off the upper left port of the valve and the center lower port of the valve has a quick coupler that goes either to the loader or the pressure side of the valve spool located just behind the belt pulley. Between the ½” quick coupler and the valve spool on the tractor is a pressure relief valve for the valve spool. The valve spool return is plumbed into a fitting on the left had side of the tractor back into the on board supply tank. The hose just behind the oil filter is the pressure side coming from the pump.

Probably sounds complicated and confusing so if you have any questions post back. I won’t be on much on Saturday, but will try to get back Saturday night.

Hi Captn’,

It never ceases to amaze me how helpful you guys are! First Bob Frey, out of the kindness of his heart, scans pages and pages of an oil-flow schematic for me and now you take the time to take all these pictures & give a blow by blow breakdown! Boy, do I appreciate you guys’ efforts!! Hope I can repay you fellas some way, some day.

Took me a minute to figure out why your dad had plumbed that proprietary valve to the exhaust, then after I study the picture for awhile, it dawns on me that the valve is a 4-port valve....duh, okay! :>)

Boy! That looks like one sweet old hard workin' tractor; that's the nicest kind. If that pump will handle a heavy DUAL loader, it should darn sure handle my little F-11.

Looks good Pard,

Allan

Glad I could help. Not much work to take a few pictures. One other suggestion, I think if you take out the quick couplers it would speed up the loader.

Hmmm,

Never thought of that, but you're probably right; those things squeeze 'er down to what? 1/4", 3/8" or some such amount?

I've decided to go the easy route and just plumb back to that loader tank 'cause it already has all the inlets I need for exhaust; the valves & pressure regulator are all enclosed and I'm not going to be rigging for a remote cylinder anyway.

The only thing I have to worry about is the proprietary flow to the power steering and that should go fairly well, I would think.

Thanks again,

Allan

Another thing,

I was thinking yesterday, if I pull the PTO pump and the belly pump drive, I should be getting two for the price of one, right?

I mean, right now the thing is pulling two hydraulic pumps. That belly pump has to take a certain amount of power away from the engine, doesn't it?

Allan

Allen,

You are correct, the belly pump will take a bit of power, but I wouldn't think much unless it was under load. Then again if you don't need it, might as well unhook it.

Captaink, do you have a parts book for your 560? I am trying to get numbers for the bushings on the rockshaft. Ken Updike gave me # 523092R1, which is a good # for the small bushings at the top of the lift arms, but I need the # for the large bushings 2 inch that the rock shaft sits in. If this is unclear could you possibly e-mail me and I could explain further? hallocktractor@optonline.net thanks Geoff
