Still have foamy oil in my father in-laws 1950 farmall
head gasget was replaced and had the hydraulics looked at, what next?

please help

I don’t know the history on this one, but how do you know you have foamy oil? Do you see that your oil looks creamy like there is milk in it after it runs? If so, you are getting water in the oil. This could be coming from a crack in the block or head. Another way you could check for water in the oil is to loosen the drain plug on the pan almost until it is ready to fall out after the engine has been off at least overnight. Water will settle to the bottom, and drip out of the plug when it is loose.
