I bought a Farmall H last night with an M&W Live Power hand clutch on it, and trying to decide on whether to swap the M&W over to my H, or just take off a couple of the other goodies that are on the tractor, and sell, or trade it off. I do not need another H, but wanted some of the toys off of this one. Would it be worth my time to make this swap? Has anyone on here made this swap, and how long did it take you? And to answer one of your questions now, yes, the clutch is good.

Hi Please email about your tractor. I would be interested in it if this is the one you are going to get rid of. My email is open. Other pics would be great. Thanks
Matt

Check out the Vintage Ads. I posted everything I have on the hand clutch. Hopes this helps. It is well worth the work to install.

It may be a lot of work, but I would keep it!!!
Comes in real handy if you do any PTO work, also gives you a live Hydraulics, disengage M/W and pump keeps running. Jim

I know what all it does, but I do not use this tractor for that much work anymore, and I am guessing that it would be a pretty good job to make this switch. I was on Kelly C Farmall H web site, but it didn't say how much work was involved, and HD over on Redpowermagazine said it probably would take a whole day to make the switch, but it had been back in the sixties since he had done one, and wasn't for certain what all was involved.

Everything you do to change bull pinion gear and bearing cage plus accessories.
