Transmission is similar to an M or H except that output shaft from TA housing (has 5th gear center on shaft and countershaft drive gear on it) moves out with the split.

Not sure about parts, but if I were you while I was in there I’d check all the bearings especially the ones on the axles behind the bull gears. As a matter of fact, if you use the tractor a lot or plan to I’d replace the bearings behind the bull gears and use the old ones for paper weights on windy days. I’d replace as many bearings as my pocket book would allow IF this is a tractor I use a lot. If you use it only now and then, if the bearings rotate smoothly and quietly without clicking, you probably can get by putting them back in.

Check all the gears for flaking, chipped or broken (not rounded off) teeth and signs of metal going through them. Replace the springs and balls on the shift forks and check to make sure that the notches the shift lever goes into are nice and square. If not get the old welder around and square them up or get different ones.
