I'm a 8N guy, but I saw a Super C in the newspaper for $1000 runs good, hydraulics work. Part of me wants something a little more 'historic looking' than a Ford, something with a little more character. Does this mean it has aux hydraulics on a 3 pt hitch or ????? ??

Thanks

Jay Allen

If you haven't bought it yet, I'm not sure what you are waiting for. Sounds like a deal to me!

My Dad has a 52 Super C and loves it.It has the rockshafts and a fasthitch. It works really good for mowing hay, raking, and plowing with his 2 bottom plow.We also used it on our 1 row New Idea cornpicker.

Neither. It probably means that the rockshafts (on torque tube or middle of the tractor) work. These rock back and forth and are versatile using cultivators, etc. Ask if the SC has a FastHitch or 2pt hitch (same thing). If it does buy it now. If it runs, hydraulics work, and tires/rims are good with drawbar rear, who cares.. I'd pick it up. BobG in VA.
