I Am going to buy a super m. The man said he put $1800 in to the moter. Over all the tractor is mint. The paint is faded. It has new tires. He wants $2500 plus he will give me a 3 bottom John Deere pull behind plow in with it. Is this a good deal?

Don't worry about the plow, it will stand up to the M even though it is green and designed for those light-duty tractors.

I pull a green baler and tell people it's not that I can't afford a green tractor, I just want something that will last.

And it's kind of Christmassey.

HIGH WAY ROBBERY!!!!

Just kidding, sounds like a fair deal. I would probably give $2200 for the Super M, maybe a bit more if the tractor is real clean. Give it a good test drive to make sure it ain't in need of major tranny, clutch or front end repairs and if it all feels and sounds good you should be in business. And you can always paint that traitor trailer plow red if need be.

I agree with Allan, tires for my M where 800.00 through a friend with a discount included. If she's mint and runs good, I would jump on it. Then again, for me to have a tractor that runs without any problems I probably wouldn't know what to do with myself..@!@!

I paid $2500.00 for mine the only thing I got extra was a Jar of vasolene. Ha Ha Ha. Actually its been a good ole Girl a few minor problems but she gets the job done.I had to put a head gasket in her and she had 70% 15.5/38s. So I say its a good deal. JON
