Loading farmall B

I need to know how I can put a load on a Farmall B to break in the engine. Is there some type of equipment that can be run by the power takeoff rather than the belt pulley? (I might use it on other tractors without the pulley) If so about how much would such a piece of equipment cost and where could I find it?

Thanks in advance!

Just drive it on some hills as sugggested. I did one that way and it broke in fine. This was new sleeves and pistons. Not a re-ring job with no hone.

I was hoping to find something with the purpose of a Baker Fan, but would run from the power take-off.

Thanks so far!

When nothing else is availlable, put it in road gear and tackle a few hills.

I'm about to have the same problem and am 40 miles from the nearest hill. Probably be broken in (or down) before I got there.

You guys need to come to SW MO. With the hills we have you better have good brakes. I ran into a guy a few years back that was riding his bike across the USA. He was out of breath and sun burned and when I asked if he was OK all he could say was "big dogs, big hills". Hey that's MO for you.
