I need to make a new pitman for an A-22 sickle bar mower I recently bought to restore and use. Can someone please tell me the cross sectional dimensions for both the spring-loaded clamp end and the driver end. My son tried to make me one as a surprise, but it is not correct and since I need to start over, I might just as well get it right.

Thanks.

Have you tried to buy a new one, or just want to make one.

Try your local farm store.

I have tried to find a newly manufactured one without success. Thus, have decided to make one.
