I just purchased a 1968 756 with the 310 German Diesel. I can pull a 4 bottom 14" plow with my AC 190. What size plow and disc should my 756 handle in sandy soil to sand and clay mixed soil. Tractor seens to have more power than the AC. Paperwork for the Allis with the G2500 engine is 75HP. 756 is 76HP.
I am new to the forum but, I have been reading old postings. It appears to me that this is the place to get the REAL ANSWERS. Thanks Gene

Gene,

It will handle your 4/14 plow okay and pull a 15' disc or 15' packer to boot.

I pulled a 15" tandem disk and a 4-16 simi-mount fast hitch plow with a 706 german. Run in 4 and low,TA up for the most part.
