Hi,

Can someone tell me what the fuel level must be in the carb of an 10-20 Mc Cormick Deering tractor

The cork float should be 13/32 of an inch from the edge or lip of the bowl when you have it inverted. If you have to bend the float up or down to get to 13/32 do it by pressing on the attachment screw for bending it up. If you need to bend it down get a small cheap screw driver and put a small bend in it. Put it through the hole in the bowl and put the end of the screw driver on the brass arm that is attached to the cork float as far in(away from the cork)as is reasonable and use that point as the pivot. It sounds crazy but it works. Don't put any strain on the cork or you will be replaceing it. The instructions come with replacement cork floats if purchased from Gorden Rice. Good Luck!
