I had the kids over for my 51st birthday last night. I recently picked up another son in law and it was great to follow two of them down the basement steps carrying just an engine stand while they carried the block from my Super H. One of them asked me if it would be assembled when it comes back up to the garage. I told him I'd have to marry off the last two daughters to do that.

Just for sh** & giggles, 3 advantages of getting old & forgetful.
1- make new friends every day
2- hide your own Easter eggs
3- can't remember that one.

Happy birthday Geoff, worked on changing rear tires on one of the super H's today, wifes due in Dec. so she wouldn't change the rear tires for me. Darned fluid is heavy stuff when you roll around a tire and rim. Pat

! Reminds me of the Pat McManus story of how he would carry a bottle of candy pills, and before doing heavy exertion (like dragging deer out of canyons) he would pop one and say "boy--I'd better take my heart medication first"!, which usually got him out of it. Worked fine until one of his buddies said "You'd better take the whole bottle--ain't no way I'm dragging this deer out of here by myself!

Happy birthday Gauger! It is very handy having more hands around to help isn't it! I hope whoever my daughter marries someday loves old iron as much as I do.

Jeff
