Get a dual-spool hydraulic valve. Open center type. Make a nifty bracket to mount it in a convenient location on the tractor. Run a hydraulic line from the pressure side of the belly pump (or distributor drive pump if equipped) to the IN port on the dual-spool valve. Run a hydraulic line from the OUT port of the dual-spool valve back to the reservoir. Run lines from the outlets of each dual-spool valve to a convenient location, and put a female hydrualic quick-connect on the end of each of these lines.

Viola! Instant dual-spool hydraulic system, and you didn't even have to crack open that rocket science book :)

I just put live hyd. on my 49 M and have 3 spool valves to run the 3 point and loader. I got the valves from northern tool and hooked them up per the instructions and they work fine. A super M live pump should bolt up to your cover ok. Then you just need another $500 worth of valves, hoses and fittings. etc.
