I have a slight miss in my 560D. I was told by a diesel mechanic that while it was running loosen the fuel line to the injector and listen to see if it runs the same or gets worse. Well I think I found the probelm but, I would like someone elses opinion. When I loosened # 1 line from the injector nothing change in the engine so, I took it all the way off and noticed very little fuel and pressure coming out of that line. Is this normal? I proceeded with # 2 and there was a change in the engine and I also noticed immediately fuel spitting out around the nut. Is this an indication my pump is going.
